My Piano Exam

Sorry haven't been posting in a while. Have been playing games and was lazy to update the blog. Well, recently, I took my piano pratical exam. I went to Hotel Istana to take it. Since this was the first time I was doing a pratical exam, I was very nervous. I was taking Grade 5.

My exam was at 4 o'clock. My mother fetched me from school at 2. We went home. I packed my stuf and practiced a bit. We departed from the house at about 2.30. s soon as we got to Istana Hotel, my heart started pacing. I was getting more nervous by the second.

We checked in on the third floor where they were holding the exams.I checked in at Venue 9 After checking in, my mother brought me for tea in a restaurant nearby. We had a nice tea together. I ordered a piece cake and honeymelon juice while my mother ordered a sausage bun and a latte.

After tea, we went back up to the third floor. We went into the waiting room. It was a normal room with the bed and cupboard taken out. Inside, there were lots of chairs. It was about half-full. I brought out my book to read and waited for a person to come and call me so I could sit for my exam.

After some time waiting, my name was called. I sat on a chair in front of a room. I could hear another student playing inside. Soon, that student came out and I was called inside. It was just like the waiting room. It had no bed and cupboards. Instead , there was a piano, a chair, and a table.

I played for the examiner inside the room. I played my scale first, then my pieces, then I played my impromptu piece. I finally then answered questions that the examiner asked me. And finally, I was out of that room. I went back to the waiting room, where I fund my mother. We later when back home and was caught in a jam. We reached home at about 5.30 pm

A Very Good Day- by Damian

Today was a wonderful day. Two great news. As most of you know from my mother's blog, I wanted to finish two grades this year. Today, I did my last Bible test. I have confidence that I passed. So that means that at least I have one subject in Grade 7.

The next news came in the evening. My mother came home after work. Only Jeremy and Benjamin was home. Both Steph and Jo were at school having extra-curricular activites. We were in the kitchen and she told me the news with one question. She asked me what have I been praying for?

I tried to think of many things. Then she told me she got an e-mail from The 39 Clues Team. The e-mail stated that I had won second place for Episode 7 of The 39 Clues competition. Finally, after many months of praying, I finally won part of The 39 Clues competition. The prize was 200 U.S Dollars! Wow!

Thanks to many people, I won this prize. To win Episode 7, I needed 7 books. Actually, I only bought 3 books. 1 was given to me from my sister, Stephanie, 1 from my god-ma and god-pa, and 2 from my kai-ma. All these books were Christmas gifts. I feel very happy winning. This is a great birthday present from God.

My Birthday Party- by Damian

Well, since I have been playing games a lot, I have not been updating the blog. Well since my birthday is near, this is it. I celebrated my birthday with my cousin, Marcus, yesterday. It was so fun. In the end, I went to bed almost at midnight!

It was suppose to start at 5 and end at 8. But instead, the last person went home about 10:30. The guest started arriving at 5. Altogether, there were 15 of us. 7 girls and 8 boys. My mother bought  pizzas and Marcus's family brought some fried chicken. My maid cooked some mee hoon. (Although it wasn't eaten : )) 

It was a great meal. Now there are still left-overs for us to eat for dinner tonight. :) Well, we had a lot of fun. Most of the people that came were my old school friends. One of my new friend came and one of Marcus's new friend came.

After dinner, we played some games. It was very fun. After that, we cut the cake. I had a chocolate banana cake while Marcus had a black forest cheesecake. Then we went and do our own stuff. The girls went and played in my sisters' room. We boys just talk and played some games.

After some of them left, we again played more games. First it was passing parcel. The 'parcel' was a Rubik cube. After this game, most of the girls went upstairs to play. Then we played monkey. It was so fun because while preventing the monkey to get the balloon, we also played music statues. So sometimes while catching the balloon, suddenly the music would stop and the person have to freeze and become like a statue. This game was so fun.

While waiting for their parents, we played Risk. I did not play, but it was fun to watch them play. Stephanie nearly won. It was quite late when they ended. Actually, they did not finish the game for my father ask them to stop the game so he can send them back home.

It was such a fun party and I feel bless that I have such wonderful parents who gave me such a great party.

Today was an 0kay ,good and happy day.I just clean my room today.....ummmmmmmmm........,I dont know what to say.oohhhhhh...........I was very bored that is why I am writing in this blog today.

A Hiking Trip To Gasing Hill-by Stephnie

On Saturday (13 March 2010) Damian(kor-kor),Josephine,my mother and I went on a hiking at Gasing Hill.It was very exiting!!!!!

We woke at 6:30am then we did our usual thing in the morning.Went we left the house it was 7:25am.Then we went and fecth my mother freind aunty Sabrina.Went we reach Gasing Hill we meat afew other.

After some time we started hiking.It was wonderful with the frest air. There was so many tree,there was aslo many leave (some of the leave was even blue!).Then we reach a brige it was very thin,it was very waking across it!

Went we were back at the bottem we were very tired but we wanted to go for another round but we did not:(

Well we hope that we can go again someday:)

Holiday Plan- by Damian

So long never write. I have only one excuse. Lazy :) Only playing, not writing.

Today I had my piano exam. I took my Grade 5 exam. This exam felt like I was doing UPSR again. Yesterday tried to study as much as I could. In the end, the exam was quite okay. Some parts were easy,some moderate, no hard.

Happy that this is over. My piano teacher says that I can rest today and tommorrow. Then, after that, have to practice piano for pratical piano exam.

This Wednesday, having a reunion. We are going to have it in Zakwan's house. Can't wait for it. haven't seen most of them for don't know how long. Later in the evening, going movie. Then on Friday, going out for dinner to celebrate my kai-ma's birthday.

The rest of the holidays is most likely tv, computer,books and travelling(i don't know where,but I hope at Gasing Hill). Thats all ,I think :)

Wipeout-by Damian

Last Friday, my mother took us(me,Stephanie,Josephine,Jeremy) to the park in Bukit Jalil. As we usually do, We will play our mini version of 'Amazing Race'. So there we were at the 'Pit Stop'. While Stephanie was being checked in by Jeremy, Jo and I waited by playing on this 'special bridge'.Before, there was a bridge with a floor and railings but now imagine it without the floor.So Jo and I were just climbing from railing to railing. Soon Stephanie joined us. Suddenly I fell.

To understand this, you might have to know what is Wipeout.Wipeout is a show of people running through a crazy obstacle course. Most of them will fall down. If they fall in a funny way or sweeped of the course it is called a Wipeout.

I can consider my fall a Wipeout. The reason I cannot tell you how I fell is because I don't know how I fell. According to Stephanie and Jo, they said that when I fell ,the first thing was that my top part of my leg was hanging on to the bottom of the rail. They thought they saw me swinging. I was upside-down.

Jo thought that my head hit the other side of the rail. Then I fell to the ground. They saw that I hit my head but I actually fell on my elbow. The only thing I know is that my left leg, the upper part is pain and I have a cut on my elbow and wrist. Witnessing the event was a man sitting on the park bench. He saw the whole event staring at me. I think he was shocked.

Luckily, I am not seriously injurt. But yesterday, I had a headache. I think it might be cause by the fall. But today I feel so much better. That is all for today.

CNY Shopping at Mid Valley by Jeremy

Mommy took me shopping at Mid Valley on Wednesday. We bought some stuffs - shirts and stuffs.

While we were walking My mother looked at her phone and she said it's time to go home, it's 630pm already!!

So when we were in the car, after 5 minutes, I asked, what time is it? And my brother looked at the time and he said "Huh, it's only 530!"

My mother said, "No wonder it's still so bright!" We started laughing. The end

Sad day-by Jeremy

sob sob sob. Today the hamster died. I brother and my sisters cried. And you know why? Because two of the hamsters died. You want to know who? Read my sisters'post. And then, Hey! I did not ask you to write that. My brother is copying whatever I say. Heyyyyyyyyyy stop writing that. Why are you copying whatever I say? I don't know what to write for know. Hmmmmm, I will just write this lke my sister's one.

I miss you Boney. It was just a while ago I just saw you. But I did not know it be our last. I wish i could see you one last time. one last look, and all would be fine. Wish you was not gone. And here to play with me. i love Boney and you know I would always love her.

I would still remember tyis morning you were hwalthy and happy. Till we came home and to find you gone. I don't mind you talking about it cause from the day Josie the second, Magic and Arwen died, i knew you would be next. But I didn't expect it to be so early and sad. I will always remember you ,Boney.
